Appointment Cancellations

At this point, we don't support appointments cancellation but you can reschedule them to a later date based on slot availability.

Subscription & Package Cancellations

• Subscription plans can not be canceled once booked

• No refunds for partially used subscriptions.

Expert Cancellations

• If an expert cancels a session, users may opt for a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
