Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations

At this point, we do not support appointment cancellation, but you can reschedule them to a later date based on slot availability.

Subscription & package cancellations

• Subscription plans cannot be cancelled once booked.
• No refunds for partially used subscriptions.

Expert cancellations

• If an expert cancels a session, users may opt for a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
