Eligibility for refunds

• Refunds are applicable for failed transactions and promotional refunds.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Processing time

• Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary based on bank policies.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Sessions already completed
• No-shows without prior cancellation
• Subscription plans already in use
